Our Scotch-Brite™ unitized wheel pack 990S contains a variety of wheels designed to deburr, polish, blend and clean a variety of metals. Made with EXL material, our versatile Scotch-Brite™ unitized wheel pack 990S contains an assortment of wheels ranging from 1 to 3 in and comes in a range of grades and densities. EXL material in the higher densities can be extremely tough, delivering aggressive cutting power for effective deburring of edges and corners without damaging the part. The lower densities are soft and conformable and work well for finishing contoured surfaces. Our EXL wheels remove burrs without gouging or marring the work surface, leaves a clean edge and produces consistent results. The open web construction also minimizes heat build-up during operation, making these wheels ideal for use on heat sensitive materials. Scotch-Brite™ unitized wheel pack 990S presents a unique opportunity to sample a variety of wheels and experiment with various sizes, minerals and grades. As the nature of each project changes depending on technical requirements, Scotch-Brite™ unitized wheel packs offer an economical solution for trying an assortment of wheels. These wheels are designed for use with a die grinder and, as both the power tool and wheel are portable, approaching the substrate from different angles becomes easier. Subsequently, unitized wheels are a great option for those hard-to-reach areas that still require a superior finish.
