The non-slip material on our Tartan™ tabletop tape dispenser HB900 won't scratch or mar surfaces. A sharp, steel blade cuts tape straight, quick and clean. We designed the HB900 to be portable and can be conveniently taken where needed. The dispenser core holds tape rolls snugly for smooth pull-and-tear operation.
