3M™ PSA disc holder connects 3M™ discs with pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backings to rotary sanders and die grinders. This is due, in part, to the shank that extends from the holder pad and attaches to the power tool. The shank adds length to the disc - extending its reach and helping it get into tight areas.
