For jobs requiring double sided screw-on wool compounding and polishing pads our 3M™ adaptors for polishers are integral to a complete assembly that saves time. The adaptor is designed for securely attaching our pads and backup pads to a full range of polishers. When used with 3M™ wool pads 05703, 05704 05705 or 33280, this adaptor provides fast, easy centering. When used with a Perfect-It™ backup pad (PN 05718), it helps reduce vibration, preserves the backup pad from potential wear and protects the surface from damage due to direct exposure to the polisher shaft.
