3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive 2214 non-metallic filled contains no aluminum powders and cures to a cream-color (not gray). This adhesive is designed to provide high strength, high temperature resistance and smooth bond lines. It features slightly lower thermal conductivity than other 2214 epoxies, with higher dielectric strength. Our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive 2214 non-metallic filled is designed for use in applications where high strength bonds are needed in a temperature range of -67 deg F to 250 deg F (-53 deg C to 121 deg C). It can cure at 248 deg F (120 deg C). This epoxy adhesive may be applied by spatula, trowel or flow equipment to meet your individual project requirements. Flammability testing per UL94 HB. Epoxy adhesives are part of the class of adhesives called \"structural adhesives,\" which include polyurethane, acrylic, cyanoacrylate and others. Epoxies are formulated as liquid reactive polymers that undergo a chemical reaction when mixed and then cure to form a solid plastic material.
