3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP100 is a 2-part, rigid epoxy adhesive offering a fast cure and machinability. It is a fast setting epoxy that cures at room temperature to form a rigid bond. Has low viscosity for easy dispensing and leveling. When using a Duo-Pak (DP) size adhesive, rely on 3M™ dispensing equipment for convenient and accurate metering, mixing and dispensing. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP100 is a high-flow, versatile structural adhesive for general purpose bonding. Its low viscosity, clear formulation works on a variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, concrete and wood. With a high shear strength it delivers strong, rigid performance, making it ideal for multiple applications in the electrical, general industrial, construction and consumer goods industries. The mix ratio for 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP100 is 1:1 for quick, precise dispensing and with a 5 min working time there's some opportunity for repositioning for precise alignment of parts. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 20 min and is fully cured in 48 hr (at 72 deg F/22 deg C). UL 94 HB certified.
