3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP100NS is a non-sag, 2-part, rigid epoxy adhesive offering a fast cure and machinability. It is a fast setting epoxy that cures at room temperature to form a rigid bond. Non-sag formulation ensures adhesive stays where applied. When using a Duo-Pak (DP) size adhesive, rely on 3M™ dispensing equipment for convenient and accurate metering, mixing and dispensing. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP100NS is a non-sag, versatile structural adhesive for general purpose bonding. It works on a variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, concrete and wood. With a high shear strength it delivers strong, rigid performance, making it ideal for multiple applications in the electrical, general industrial, construction and consumer goods industries. The mix ratio for 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ epoxy adhesive DP100NS is 1:1 for quick, precise dispensing and with a 5 min working time there's some opportunity for repositioning for precise alignment of parts. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 15 min and is fully cured in 48 hr (at 72 deg F/22 deg C). Epoxy adhesives, including 5 min epoxy, are part of the class of adhesives called \"structural adhesives,\" which include polyurethane, acrylic, cyanoacrylate and others. Epoxies are formulated as liquid reactive polymers that undergo a chemical reaction when mixed and then cure to form a solid plastic material.
